What is YesByCash?

YesByCash is a cardless payment method which doesn’t require a bank account.

Place orders online and pay with YesByCash in one of our 5,600 pay points (tobacconists, newspaper vendors) spread across France.

Once your payment is cashed in, your order will be delivered by the merchant website.

I have lost my voucher. How can I retrieve it?

If you cannot get a hold of your voucher, simply send us an e-mail at contact@tsi-payment.com mentioning your order date. Our customer service will send you another YesByCash voucher.

How do I purchase with YesByCash?

In order to pay with YesByCash, simply fill up your cart on one of our partner websites and choose YesByCash among the proposed payment methods.

A voucher with a barcode will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

Procuring your voucher, please go to your pay point of choice.

The code will be scanned by the pay point cashier, who will subsequently offer you to pay through cash and/or with any other payment method available there.

I am banned from holding a bank account. Can I still pay online?

YesByCash requires neither a bank account nor a credit/debit card. No banking information is requested as you pay.

Simply go to a pay point holding your voucher as proof of order, and pay in cash for your purchase.

Are there any fees or charges for using YesByCash?

TSI doesn’t charge its consumers for the use of its payment method YesByCash.

However service fees are paid by the merchant, which may in turn apply to you should they decide it.

I have ordered something with YesByCash but I haven’t received it.

To receive an order placed on a merchant website, please make sure you have already made your payment at a YesByCash pay point.

Delivery is only scheduled once the payment is processed. To pay for your order, simply hand over your e-mailed voucher to the cashier.

On it you will find a barcode holding every piece of information regarding your order. It is the proof of your purchase on the merchant website.

Where can I check on my past and present purchases?

All of your YesByCash transactions are documented in your My E-Money Purse private account, TSI’s e-wallet to manage your TSI payment method operations.

If you do not own a My E-Money Purse account, you may register at www.myemoneypurse.com. Your My E-Money Purse private space will be created automatically with your first YesByCash payment. If somehow you cannot find your My E-Money Purse anymore, please reach our customer service at contact@tsi-payment.com.

I have ordered something with YesByCash. How much time do I have to pay for it?

The standard pay time limit is 7 days, but any merchant can decide otherwise. Every e-commerce merchant will supply the time limit information in the e-mailed voucher.

On which websites is YesByCash available?

YesByCash is available on several websites selling various goods and services: food, accessories, clothing, gardening, construction, jewelry, pet supplies, etc.
